1. Data Collection & Telemetry
nsite.tech Inc. ("nsite.tech") collects minimal telemetry and access logs to provide the Sentinel Access Studio. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
2. Information Usage
Data collected is strictly utilized for infrastructure monitoring, threat analytics, and access auditing. We do not sell, rent, or lease private client telemetry to third parties under any circumstances.
3. Data Retention
Security logs are retained for 90 days. User account and profile data is retained indefinitely until business operations cease or a formal deletion request is processed.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Where nsite.tech connects to external cloud architectures, we abide by the principle of least privilege, tokenizing data streams and isolating virtual network connections.
5. Booking & Contact Data
Information submitted through our contact form or appointment scheduler (name, email, and project notes) is used solely to respond to your inquiry and manage your appointment. Appointment details are synchronized with our Google Calendar infrastructure to deliver invitations and reminders.
